Eileen M. Rowley, Principal
Ms. Rowley attended Antioch College and studied in the Master’s Degree Program in Conflict Resolution under the late Dr. John M. Haynes, who was a pioneer in the field of alternative dispute resolution. Ms. Rowley has over 20 years of experience involving business disputes, divorce, family, community and workplace mediations. She has 17 years experience as Agency Director for a number of New York State court-funded community mediation programs, specifically for the counties of Saratoga, Washington, Warren, Putnam and Ulster, where she trained and supervised other mediators. She has served as certified mediation trainer under New York State Unified Court System’s Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Court Improvement Programs. Her expertise as certified parent educator for New York State’s Parent Education and Awareness Program has helped innumerable families parent better. In addition, she is a Part 146 Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Arbitrator and a mediator for the U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Court’s Southern District of New York State.
Ms. Rowley shares her home with her husband Bob; her giant schnauzer, Gulliver; her standard schnauzer, Lily; and Max the Cat. She enjoys cycling, rowing and hiking; is passionate about travel; and dabbles in watercolor, gourmet cooking, knitting and close-up floral photography.
